Although, i think CSPC still got the best methodology Why does it matter if in the same methodology albums = singles? The reason why Video streams = Audio Streams doesn't make sense is because of monetary value. It's the same situation with albums and singles... I'm astounded at how many people prefer record sales over album equivalents on this site. I think it might be because people like seeing that their fave did these huge number, which makes them feel good even though they don't make sense.

Solution: Don't use this methodology, it doesn't work at all. (See how Drake does compares to Gaga even though their careers are nearly the same age. Wow, you need sleep.

Jjang Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 (edited) 4 hours ago, Cryptique said: La Isla Bonita is doing 300M Streams yearly??? Not you not getting the point. Anyway, It consistently does over 200 million yearly, meaning when ARUTW was doing 2 million a week, LAB was doing 500k, now that ARUTW is doing less than a million, LAB is still doing 500k, next year when ARTUW is going to do even less, LAB is still going to do 500k. Edited October 21, 2019 by Jjang changed something to be more correct grammatically speaking!.
badgirlriri Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 The Gaga stans assuming everybody else is pressed about this methodology when their faves have much higher numbers

I wouldn't be surprised if Drake and Rihanna are over 500m+. So what would Bey's numbers be?
wesleywalrus Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 Wow delulu stans trying to do math in here on their free time to try and undercut the most successful female alive...I’ve truly seen it all.
tellem Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 What is "song consumption" and how are they weighting video streaming/downloads/audio streaming/sales? When Chartmasters updated her sales in August her sales looked closer to 190-200M right?
katara Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 Now divide that by 2 and you get a more reasonable & realistic number

Had this been any other Pop star you guys would have turned this thread to a laughing stock. Typical, you bash artists' labels for inflating their numbers but somehow a random casino / hotel is considered a reliable source of information. You're that insecure. The way you're pressed as nails when it comes to L Gaga OT: If anything, this 34M pure sales number shows how accurate CM's estimations are (34.24M as of August 2019).
