They dont let old songs that never charted, chart unless it goes top 50. They consider iit recurrent.

Yes, but this reflects much more on the market's condition rather than Taylor herself.

 

For example, in both of their respective weeks, the albums occupied a similar market share (29 and 27 percent) of the whole album sales market in the country. 

 

People who try to mock her for the Lover numbers are not only extremely ignorant, but also show how little they know about the music market nowadays.
