Yeah that cover is really ICONIC tbh. THat cover is a staple at their concerts. I even heard it in a club once. I was shocked 

 Metal fans loves it. Taylor has a lot of Metal fans, especially on Reddit. They always say she's the only pop artist they listen to besides their faves.

I think it’s cause even her pop songs are musically structured like her country songs. Country songs are essentially metal songs but with different instrumentation so that makes sense.
