November Rain has a 200m lead on Youtube but BR has a 600m lead on Spotify. So BR it's definitely bigger this decade. BR also sold more digital copies so it wins the 00s. Fun fact: It also sold more physical singles in the 90s (despite being originally released in the 70, which won along with the 80s by default lol) Bohemian Rhapsody is really the biggest song of all time. BR has always been the top recurrent classic on most platforms. November Rain isn’t close, and Sweet Child O’ Mine is the biggest Guns N‘ Roses song.
