Nevertheless, OTR will almost certainly top the 2019 YE H 100 because of all its points (sales and streaming). But the all time H 100s don't factor in power points (which they probably should). So, even with a 14 wk #1, Lil Nas would probably fall behind Whitney Houston and Elton John. Once OTR does begin to fall, it'll snowball its way down from #1.
