LAV outsold ROL IN UK.

LAV was certified 3xP in November 1985, while still being on top of charts, same with her debut.

TB was #1 best selling album of its year with sales of barely above 900k, so its safe to say that LAV being #3 on YEC also sold around 900k in that year ALONE.

The fact that pre-1994 sales are lost was also discussed plenty of times. And they are using YEC + certifications for their numbers. And they are not legit. Proven plenty of times when they reported sales of Holiday for example, every single time different figure by even 100k.

On top of that you are also ignoring club sales for 90s, sure they were not big like in 90s but they still existed. Also not tracked by OOC.

And FYI debut was also certified silver for its sales since 1994, so that alone puts it above AL and Hard Candy which discredits OOC once again.

This is based on certifications and Madonna is hugely undercertified there, specially for her 80's releases.

Still it shows how huge she was for 3 decades, not like the USA.

I mean...from those 10 albums:

3 being from 80's

4 from the 90's and

3 from the 00's

Who even has this kind of stability? :deadbanana2:

I thought you can’t be “undercertified” in the UK as certifications update automatically..

Well I think as certifications change things change. Her first album has sold over 900k in there, yet I think the album is certified as 3 x gold or something like it :cm:

Now I don't think u can even have these certifications there but back then you could

Can't believe she's had so many peaks throughout her career; that's incredible…
