I love this song so much and her giving it her own classy rendition is something I didn't expect I liked that she kept it simply elegant and emotional at the same time tbh. . YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @KatyCatPH TAYLOR SWIFT - HOLY GROUND YVESS' CRITIQUE: This is so intimate and chill by the looks of it and I feel like this is a good choice since artists like Taylor excels in stripped-down performances but I just kinda wish it was another ballad performance that shows more of her vocal range. YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Overprotected BJORK - LIKE SOMEONE IN LOVE YVESS' CRITIQUE: The song is lovely, I love how she can maintain the richness of her voice throughout the whole duration of the song. This is a cool performance but I am wanting more of flavor from her great vocal pipes. YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Psycho LADY GAGA - BANG BANG YVESS' CRITIQUE: WOW. OH WOW. The sustained notes til the end! I kinda love this LG era so Iam glad to see it here in this round! The texture of her voice suits the song a lot! I kinda wished it was longer though coz I want more of this Jazzy Gaga! YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @EriKills TINASHE - ALL OF ME YVESS' CRITIQUE: The song choice is unexpected, I love this song before it got overplayed by radio stations in so I am not so sure if I will love it. BUT....HEY I love this one more than the original one if given a proper recording session ofc. I LOVE THE FLAVOR OF HER VOICE HERE and this song gives her the chance to give us those high notes she can easily slay all this time. YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Invisibility MADONNA - EXPRESS YOURSELF YVESS' CRITIQUE: First off, kudos for sending in an upbeat song for a live vocals round, you were brave enough to do something controversial like this huh! She looks like she enjoys her time there and her vocals don't sound tired or didn't even get pitchy despite her choreography so yeah, you kinda did that! YVESS' SCORE:

I like it when the ballad gets a grander twist in the arrangement. So this "You Oughta Know" mashup slayed me! I also liked that we get to see Bey doing some "alternative rock" take on her live performance. GREAT JOB! YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @KatyCatPH TAYLOR SWIFT - LOVER YVESS' CRITIQUE: WOW! One of her most heartfelt love songs ever! I love this one for how simple and sincere she sounded. I love it more when she reaches the 2nd verse til the end. It might sound easy to sing but I beg to disagree, this song is hard to sing effectively imo. LOVE THIS ONE! . YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Overprotected BJORK - POSSIBLY MAYBE YVESS' CRITIQUE: And that's how I want a Bjork performance! I love how unsettling this song choice is when you first listen to it but I guess that's what makes this choice a STRONG one since she gets to show her vocal acrobatics at some point. This is def one of those Bjork performances that I don't get tired of watching, WONDERFUL CHOICE! YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @EriKills TINASHE - NATIONAL ANTHEM YVESS' CRITIQUE: The song choice is another UNEXPECTED one. The MC's intro had me cackling tbh! Going back to the song, It left me thinking if what can she do with this song that a lot of popstars did already in the past. I dig the high notes in the end but not crazily in love with it, I don't like the echo that kinda makes her sound like she's drowning or fighting a hiccup. Cute one! YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Psycho LADY GAGA - THE SOUND OF MUSIC YVESS' CRITIQUE: This kinda started it all once again for Gaga. And it is such a slay tbh. The classical vibe of this song easily caught on Gaga and this live performance embodies that. The high notes is so lovely. This is easily one of her best live performances imo. COOL CHOICE! NOTE: the one in dailymotion was sent to the judges, not this YT upload YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Invisibility MADONNA - YOU MUST LOVE ME YVESS' CRITIQUE: I like this one, Madonna just showed her peers and her successors that she still has IT! My mom and I loved this song so much that while I was watching this video, we sang to it too. I love the arrangement as it gave us more of her vocal finesse. What made me love this more is that I can see how good the storytelling she did in this performance. I also love the sustained high notes. This is such a slay! OMG! It's so emotional and it tugged on my heartstrings a bit. This is really hard to sing even Whitney on her post-prime struggles to do a decent performance of this hit. She started really strong, the midpart kinda showed her struggling a bit but she ended with great passion, such a great tribute. This is better than Jennifer Hudson's tribute. Good job! She gave this ultimate classic some justice and that is really worth commending for! YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Element WHITNEY HOUSTON I WANNA DANCE WITH SOMEBODY YVESS' CRITIQUE: Wow, you surprised me with this clever choice. I always love it when a singer can still perform an upbeat track while showcasing their flawless and vigorous vocals. This one is it. I kinda hoped it was a bit longer coz that's how much fun ir is to watch her slay those high notes. She made me want to groove while adoring her vocal prowess. I love that she started the song so strong until the end. A true vocal legend. This is one of the receipts. YVESS' SCORE: TABS PLAYER: @Sabbath FREDDIE MERCURY SOMEBODY TO LOVE/LOVE OF MY LIFE YVESS' CRITIQUE: Well, well, well, you really made use of the 10 min maximum duration this round and I see why you did it, this is true strong of an entry that many divas can have a problem of defeating. It was too long though that I feel some might get easily impatient but that's their loss since this is the best thing about this performance was his contagious energy and charismatic appeal that makes you enjoy more the vocal experience, His voice is so rich and flawless. Such a QUEEN of live vocals! YVESS' SCORE:
