with early numbers it easy to assume that Mo Bounce won't even hit Hot 100, right?

I would probably lean towards it won't make it, but it's not completely out of the question. Youtube streams are good and could be enough

Is there any chance for Cold to go at least top 15 now? Radio is picking it up again, it's still top 10 on Pandora, but sales and streams are tragic

There is always a chance for a M5 single. If radio pushes it enough

I don't even like "24K Magic" (song) but it's consistency is amazing. I think it will reack 2M at some point.  "Shape Of You" will surely surpass 2M sales, while "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" will get there slower. :duca:

"Love On The Brain" will surpass 1M and it will become third single from "Anti" to do so (after "Work" and "Needed Me"). Really rare during sales conditions right now I would say. :clap3:

"Hardwired ... To Self-Destruct", "Divide" (if it won't be frontloaded as hell), "24K Magic" could be one of the last 1M album sellers. Maybe "Starboy" but in a long shot.

I can see "Lemonade" and "Traveller" reach 2M, "Blurryface" definitely at least 1.7 - 1.8M (if they release something soon even 2M isn't out of question). "Death Of A Bachelor" could end up with 800K which is better than their last album I think (may be wrong there).

I Don't Wanna Live Forever will not reach 2M... It'll stall at 1,6M - 1,7M...

I also believe "Blurryface" will cross the 2M mark... Their next era will keep it alive.

Is 1 point = 1,000 sales = 1,050,000 AI = 160,000 Streams still the most likely formula?

Here's my historical gut feeling.

Houston was bigger, but Adams was more broadly accepted.

as in, you either liked or disliked Houston, but Adams was at least tolerable to many.

I can definitely see your point here. As Globally popular and renowned as Houston was as well as the song was of course, she still appealed to a specific core demographic nonetheless. I know for certainty that there were many who didn't like the song then, as well as those who still don't, whether due to its monumental success and overexposure, or they thought it was too maudlin and overexxagurated, or because they thought it to be inferior to Dolly Parton's Country-oriented original etc.

Adams' ...Everything more than likely had much more appeal to men, as a ballad, also due to his Rock background (albeit he too had his detractors) as opposed to ...I Will Always.

Speaking on ...I Will Always' mass popularity, here's an article from the NYT in 1994 speaking on the songs mega-domination in pop culture around that time, how a woman in England had the police called to her by her neighbour because she would not stop playing the song aloud from her house and how much people began to dislike it due to its immense overexposure overall. :dies: :dies: :dies:

Of course, Kevin Costner was the real winner having both songs :)

OMG. I forgot he was the star of both movies.

The fact that he has two of the most classic OST songs attached to his films. How? :deadbanana3:

I don't think so, he is peaking now and Ed isn't slowing down, he may just "almost touch" Bruno, but not defeat

I'm ready for Bruno to snatch the top spot on the Hot 100.
