Let's Eat Grandma - I'm All Ears Quote Was excited to hear this because of the SOPHIE collaboration and because of some praise on here, but ended up being hugely disappointed and disinterested after hearing it from the first time. There is nothing unique, new or fresh that this album has to offer so I really don't get the hype or praise that this album is getting. 4. Christine and the Queens - Chris Quote Another album that I was excited to hear after hearing all the praise both from this site and from the critics, and another disappointment. I really tried to give this album a chance, but in the end I end up not paying attention to it. It's just boring and forgettable it's just some basic pop songs that are sung in both French and English and that's about it. The critic praise that this is getting in year end album lists this is getting is just absurd. 3. The 1975 - A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships Quote STOP TRYING TO MAKE THE 1975, THEY ARE NOT GONNA HAPPEN AND ESPECIALLY NOT WITH THIS ALBUM! 2. Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour Quote This almost got the no.1 spot! A basic ass country pop album ever that has ABSOLUTELY nothing unique about it. The way this has been praised on this site is just too much for so little. On top of that, this got an AOTY nomination which I have to laugh at. 1. Janelle Monáe - Dirty Computer Quote This was in my early album list and it was one of the top positions as well...for a week! This changed due to this AGING LIKE MILK, was obsessed with listening to it but now I cannot stand any song from this album. I could understand the praise it got during the first week of release, but what I cannot understand is that this album is snatching numerous number one spots for best albums of 2018 lists..it's like they haven't re-listened to the album since they first reviewed it. Kind of annoying, but kind of happy for her because it's what she deserves! Same with Janelle, but I really don't get the hype there. Still, she's talented and deserves it.
