(40) "Always Remember Us This Way" - Lady Gaga.

An amazing song from an amazing movie.

This song never fails to get me choked up.

 

(39) "Dead" - Madison Beer.

This is such an underrated gem.

I haven't listened to her other music, but this one is amazing.

 

(38) "Out Of My Head" - Loote.

I feel like this is the 800th song of the same name I've listened to in 2018.

Either way this one is another bop!

 

(37) "Crush" - David Archuleta.

A forever classic. I think it gets better with age.

The chorus is just so catchy, it physically hurts.

 

(36) "Hanging On" - Cheyenne Kimball.

Did anyone else watch her reality TV show on MTV?
I loved this song then and I love it now.

 

(35) "Devotion" - Ellie Goulding.

This was one of my absolute faves off of Delirium.

I recently fell in love with it all over again this year.

 

(34) "The Hype" - twenty one pilots.

One of the best from Trench.

It sounds vaguely familiar....but in a good way.

 

(33) "Holy" - King Princess.

I found this song not too long ago.

It has a really great flow.

 

(32) "This Is What It Feels Like" - Armin Van Buuren ft. Trevor Guthrie.

Another older bop.

Idk why but this song makes me a tad emotional.

 

(31) "Cry" - Anne-Marie.

Another great song from Speak Your Mind.

The chorus is very Avril Lavigne-esque to me.

(30) "Polaroid" - Post Malone.

Definitely my favorite from Posty's recent album

I think this has a lot of potential as a single.

 

(29) "Audio" - LSD.

I know this is a single (it actually just debuted on my hot 40)

The production on this song is out of this world.

 

(28) "For You" - Rita Ora, Liam Payne.

Another single from 2018 that I arrived late to.

This song is such a bop.

I just low-key wish the cringey Liam Payne wasn't on it, Rita makes the song.

 

(27) "Shark In The Water" - VV Brown.

The iconic song from that Degrassi promo everyone knows and loves.

Such a classic song.

 

(26) "Imaginary Friend" - MØ.

Another bop from Ms. MØ.

One of my faves from her recent album.

 

(25) "Ocean Eyes" - Billie Eilish.

Probably Billie's most overrated song, but it's my fave from her.

Her voice is magical on this one.

 

(24) "Hair Body Face" - Lady Gaga.

This song reminds me so much of old Gaga.

I love how poppy it is.

 

(23) "Curious" - Hayley Kiyoko.

This song is just so fun to sing along.

We love a fast paced bop.

 

(22) "Flare Guns" - Quinn XCII x Chelsea Cutler.

This song is sooo underrated it hurts.

Both of their voices blend so perfectly.

 

(21) "Only Want You" - Rita Ora.

Hands down my favorite from Phoenix.

This has such an infectious chorus.

I'll be sad if this one doesn't get the single treatment.

(20) "Let Me Go" - 3 Doors Down.

I've been in love with this song ever since I was little.

It's just one of those early 2000's alternative pop songs that's too irresistible to hate.

 

(19) "Want To" - Dua Lipa.

Dua decided to go experimental and succeeded. 

This is a head banger.

 

(18) "Breathe" - Taylor Swift ft. Colbie Caillat.

This song is just so sweet.

Taylor and Colbie's voices really compliment each other nicely.

 

(17) "Nothing" - VÉRITÉ.

Not sure how I found this song - it just appeared on my Spotify one day.

It's a headbanger for sure.

 

(16) "Never Fall In Love" - Jack Antonoff x MØ.

An adorable song.

Some parts are a little annoying, but the chorus is pop gold.

 

(15) "Everytime" - Ariana Grande.

Hands down my favorite album track from Sweetener.

The chorus is so fun to sing along to.

 

(14) "You Make Me" - Chelsea Cutler.

Chelsea is SO underrated.

This song is a bop n a half. 

 

(13) "I Want You" - MØ.

Definitely my favorite from Forever Neverland.

This song is the pop anthem I never knew I needed.

 

(12) "Running" - Dua Lipa.

Dua continued to serve bop after bop on her re-release.

So happy she officially released this one.

 

(11) "Monster Among Men" - 5 Seconds of Summer.

5SOS delivered an album full of bops.

This song was very instant with me I love how it goes from a mild verse to an explosive chorus.

(10) "Ciao Adios" - Anne-Marie.

I know this was a single last year but I didn't get into AM until this year.

Anne-Marie goes off on this song and it's so fun to dance along to.

 

(9) "They Don't Know About Us" - One Direction.

Wow, a bop if I ever knew one.

This is pop gold right here, and doesn't get old no matter how old it is.

 

(8) "My Church" - Maren Morris.

I'm so sad I didn't get into Maren until this year.

This song speaks to me in volumes.

 

(7) "Better Man" - 5 Seconds of Summer.

Hands down the best song (imo) on Youngblood.

Just undeniably catchy.

 

(6) "New Friends" - Maty Noyes.

Maty's latest EP slayed me this year.

This song is so relatable it hurts.

 

(5) "Kiss and Make Up" - Dua Lipa x BLACKPINK.

I'm not a K-Pop fan in the slightest, but this is a pop masterpiece.

So amazing - I demand a video.

 

(4) "Porsche" - Charli XCX ft. MØ.

I know lots of people think this is the worst off Pop2. 

But I think that this is the best. The beat is absolutely amazing.

 

(3) "Bad Girlfriend" - Anne-Marie.

The lyrics to this heavenly bop are just so witty and amazing.

The chorus also goes hard.

 

(2) "4Ever" - The Veronicas.

I remember this song from years ago.

For some reason I became obsessed with it this year.

The hook is just too amazing not to scream along to.

 

(1) "Rollercoaster" - Bleachers.

There's something about this song that is just so good to me.

It gives me "I Melt With You" teas (and I hate that song).

I couldn't seem to escape this song this year - it was in many TV shows and movies.

From production to lyrics, Jack serves a major bop with this one.
