There are no news of MV for Better Now. Plus Post Malone can always make some remixes if needed.

If Better Now was released as the second single instead of Psycho it surely would have gone #1 like Psycho did imo. But Better Now had huge streams it’s first couple weeks of album release that it may affect it in the long run for going #1. He’ll easily snatch the top 10. But his on-demand streaming and airplay peaks are probably too far apart. But who knows, maybe a killer music video in a couple weeks, followed by a discount or remix near its airplay peak could do the trick. However In My Feelings is looking like it’s going to be bigger than Nice For What and that managed 8 weeks at #1. So most likely Better Now doesn’t have a chance.

Better Now was doing well out the gate, but Psycho was nowhere near finished with its chart run. It was still increasing heavily and BN just stayed. Not to mention there is no video which he needs to release

Sweetie you’re the last one to “rofl” someone’s post. Obviously it’s falling on the H100, considering it has absolutely no radio play. The fact it might fall 2-10 off the back of streaming alone proves it’s staying power.   Considering you have some who have a great streaming week then absolutely collapse. Still #2 on Spotify, Apple Music and 3rd top selling song on iTunes for him.

 

Just proving it wouldn’t have been a “cheat” if it debuted #1. And definitely isn’t sticking around just because it’s early on the album.

Still amongst the top selling tracks, #2 on Apple/Spotify and it’s fallen naturally + has no radio, as it isn’t a single. Just repeating myself here. It has staying power, otherwise it’d be at the bottom somewhere.

It’s hard to say now that streams are weighted less. I don’t think it’ll sell too well, it’ll need a bare minimum of 50k+ sales to make up for the airplay, that’s half of what NTLTC did without the discount. Sales weigh a little more now, though! Plus I’d say 20-25M streams. 

 

#10 is ~200 points.

 

Chun-Li got to #10 with the old formula and around 40k sales and 22M streams.

well she's in the cover of New Music Friday on Spotify.I expect good/high numbers on spotify.she's already have a lyric video out and the official video is going to premiere today at noon...it's top 5 on itunes already maybe it will not top itunes with drake being so strong but it can stay in the top 10 for the whole week and do 45k-50k sales

None of this changes that Nonstop will be remaining #2 on the Streaming chart this week, next, maybe after. No one said it’s going to spend 4 months in the T10 of Billboard, just that it’s clearly performing on its own, not simply due to being on the album. Stop butting in making up new arguments that nobody was even talking about.

 

It’ll probably get another 13-15m on Spotify this coming week + considering it’s still #2 on AM - where his #s are bigger - say another 15-16m from there. That’ll leave it barely falling in % next week. I’m excited to see what you’ll change to fit your argument next week. We all know how right you were about God’s Plan.

same goes with stresming.  Just because a song is number two doesn’t mean s thing when talking about it “holding up”.  It lost almost half its audience. That’s the only factor that really counts when discussing populsrity and holding.

people are still trying out the album, many for the first time this week, not everyone jumps in first week, and it’s certainlynstill benefiting to a degree from its placement on the slbum. Thst should be enoug to leave it barely in the hot 100 top ten. Maybe.

 

 

Nah. The album is already spread out across the metrics in varying degrees. NS dropping is redundant, again, no one argued against that. It lost #s because it’s second week after a massive first. Doesn’t change where it’s stable at and continuing to show such. And as I stated will probably barely fall or maybe even gain this coming week, based on #s and performance while the rest of the album tracks fade off. Nonstop is just a great song, popular and holding up compared to the rest of the album. It almost debuting #1 is testament to that.

 

You’re not going to tell me it’s still be #2 (only behind new booming single IMF) on all streaming services and severely outperforming every other track just because of its placement. Yet track #1 is almost out the T50, track #22 is in the T5, etc.

 

It’s a fact Scorpion tracks will clear out soon. Not what we’re discussing on Nonstop’s performance. It’ll clearly one of the last, if not has a chance to go recurrent (20 wks)!
