GP astonishingly acclaimed "Creepin'" breaks the record for the most weeks at #1 (with 24 so far) on national callouts since Monday Morning Intel's inception on Nov 23, 2020. The previous record was held by The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber's "STAY" with 23 weeks at the summit. The magnitude of the smashery for this classic in the making.

Metro's top tier production, Abel's perfectly suitable vocals and 21's killer verse, c'mon. :jonny5:

"Karma" performing quite poorly for a next #1 hit, Taylor's recovery with GP hasn't fully happened, but it's definitely in better shape.

I guess the audience wants more female hip-hop/rap, rather than pure pop (DTN, Cupid, WH, Chemical).

I wish Pop can give a chance to "Favorite Song", that top 10 placement is more than well earned at this point.

"The sound top 40 needs the most right now – straight ahead pop- comes to us in the form of this week’s two biggest movers. There may actually be some light at the end of the tunnel. Dua Lipa’s “Dance The Night” has made believers out of most of the panel as it moves 19 to 14 overall. The song is a big seller at number 8 and ranked 10th in airplay. Callout and streaming lags but, at this point, that doesn’t matter. The artist’s track record and the sound lead the way."

So basically the song is underperforming on all relevant metrics, but hey let's spam it anyway bc it's ~pure pop~ :deadbanana4: this guy's commentary...

I know, such a terrible take, as if Pop radio had to play GP-panned pure pop songs just because they're pop when GP doesn't really want them. It's not the first time he says these kind of things. What is suprising is that he has a reputation as consultant, and I swear some of these guys have become obsolete and out of touch once streaming took over.

Yes Taylor, yes radio candy :WAP:

Yikes @ that vampire debut I was not expecting that :rip:

If I'm correct it is the first time Taylor cracks the Top 10 on this publication's callouts (they just started in Fall 2020, but still). So far it seems a very strong potential for CS.

Can someone explain to me why is Vampire tanking? Is it due to low familiarity? I know nothing about radio :rip:

Although the song debuted low, it might be heavily influenced by low familiarity (usually the scores are multiplied by familiarity), thus, fresh songs don't start in the first spots unless it's a known sound (samples, for instance). AH debuted in the 40's and it improved tremendously, that didn't stop the song to be a #1 pop hit. At the end it will depend if "vampire" improves in the following weeks.
