It needs time to rack up the spins. Its been getting great updates and it will be much higher eventually!

But it's been #1 on callouts for an entire mouth. :skull: For example, Delicate was #4 and it got 1000 more spins in past 4 weeks. :rip:

Well obviously songs from established radio artists will be pushed harder than a song from Normani and Khalid who are still pretty fresh. Callouts are a huge factor but it’s not the only factor. It’s literally Normani’s first song, she’s a new name, and despite her song being #1 on callouts radio stations will be more inclined to spam the new Maroon 5 track that is also very well received. Maroon 5 is also lower on callouts and has surged up the chart higher than Love Lies (literally already top 5 on pop) with around 300-400 daily spins on the format since they’re a staple on pop radio. Same with Taylor Swift. Delicate has had a 4 month+ trek and also saw a very slow climb up the charts since radios were hesitant after the reception of the last 3 singles but once favorable callout data came in it started receiving heavier push.

Love Lies will continue growing since it is sitting so well with audiences. Its updates have been lovely and will continue to push it up the chart, this song will do wonders to establish Normani a bit for any of her future solo releases. :clap3:

The song isn't very good so I can't blame the guys for low callout scores.

Maybe djs have a hard time playing an r&b song by two young black artists? regardless, the song is constantly growing and it's now #12 on pop radio.

They aren’t household names, that’s why.

It's not on callouts yet, it'll probably take another couple of weeks to build up familiarity.

This is the direct link to this week's Pop callouts if you want to look:

Love Lies #1 for the 5th week wth :jonny:

So unfair that they let go Delicate on Pop so soon after its successful climb to the top and still good callouts.

Z100 and KIIS did it dirty. Oh well, a #1 is a #1. :clap3:

They saved the big station push for Don't Blame Me :gaycat4:

All the songs on Pop callouts this week have good scores tbh, even One Kiss in last place still has decent scores.

Better Now really deserves to be #1 but GLY is so massive I'm afraid BB won't last that long
