Yeah its correct. It's the only album in the current top 25 that is doing less than 2M daily. Shawn Mendes is the highest album that's doing less daily.

 

And After Hours will kick Purpose out of the top 10 next month.

Well then those numbers are unbelievably bad for an album with 3 huge smashes.

* Billie Eilish - don't smile at me (extended). it gained a lot because OP wasn't counting Extended Edition, but the regular one. Since Lovely is in the EE, it made it gain almost 2B. therefore, this doesn't show a genuine spike in streams, just a change in edition. that's why i chose Lover.

BIGGEST DROP: Major Lazer - Peace Is The Mission (Extended)

 

An album that i'm pretty sure will enter the Top is Harry's House, since it's gaining 15M streams daily and it needs 700M to enter. It will do so in probably 2 months

Nothing more impressive than DW & Hooligans huge gains especially when it was released in 2010. It's the most streamed album released in 2010 surpassing other albums released at the same year which were much bigger at some point like Loud, TD and Recovery but DW&H has already surpassed them.

Harry's stability is so impressive. Fine Line is 3yo and is the 14th most streamed and Harry's House is still going strong. That's my boy right there! It's also funny seeing how alt music is dominating too, with Lana and AM getting more streams than ever. And of course, Taylor, her whole discography is doing so great and climbing slow but steady.

Harry's streaming stability is insane. I honestly thought Fine Line wouldn't jump anymore spot. I think it will stay in that position for a long time, though. Probably will jump one or two spots before it eventually stalls.

The main thing i get from this ranking is that Taylor is untouchable, as well as Bad Bunny and The Weeknd in terms of streaming. And i'm so so proud of Harry's stability. Fine Line will probably increase a couple or three spots and then stagnate, but it's so impressive <3 I hope Ariana moves soon so that her discography gains momentum too. people are also nostalgically streaming (The Fame Monster, Teenage Dream) and alt is more powerful than ever (AM, Born to Die).

I hate that Starboy is catching up to Future Nostalgia because of Die For Yous resurgence. Though its also a great album so I cant be mad tbh :(

Anyways, it's clear that the power of Taylor's discography is unmatched. Her albums don't rely on hits at all, she's the strongest album artist out there i'd say. This is how you actually know the scope and dedication of an artist's following imo. 

 

As a fan, I'm actually sad about Ariana, she used to be a powerhouse in streaming, and she still is, but her albums are not doing that well. I hope that with Eternal Sunshine this will change and she will reclaim her rightful place. 

 

Also, Lana and Arctic Monkeys just keep jumping positions. They have two Alternative classics and you can really see their impact now that this type of music is becoming much more mainstream. Good for them!
