Well do you really think that particular song is better than Buttons, Because of You, Bleeding Love and Big Girls Don't Cry? The massive drop in quality is too obvious. Maybe if the song was of similar quality to New Rules or even Hotter Than Hell, I wouldn't be so vocal about it (in a classy way without having a meltdown). But the song is so empty, and was in the bottom two of the entire set with Azealia. Paramore, Gaga, Sia, Evanescence, Britney, Selena, Rihanna and Christina all suffered because of them constantly getting saved. Even Amy should have survived over Dua. Plus earlier on I wasn't as vocal because there were other songs that could still go, like Charli, M.I.A., Ariana, Beyoncé and Taylor. But by Top 11 we pretty much cleaned up the list and everything left by that point was strong except Dua. The A set was much weaker in quality so I wasn't as invested in it. But the B set had a lot of potential, which it delivered, but then this Dua song kept getting saved. Just because she's popular right now doesn't mean the song really deserved to make it this far.
