peterstyles13 Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) What does "very big" mean exactly? Edited February 3, 2018 by peterstyles13

And, most importantly, the Superbowl. - Exciting
Blank Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I could see 500-600k with a good show on Sunday. I bet his catalog ends up doing well regardless though

Mr.Link Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 A 300k debut is “very big” these days so let’s wait for the actual numbers.
Shelter Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) I don't see 20/20 numbers. Maybe between 20/20 pt 1 and pt 2. Edited February 3, 2018 by Shelter

You are doing too much the reality: 200k would be a collasal flop 300k would be very underwhelming with SB 400k will be respectable with SB 500k would be good 600k would be great 700k would be amazing 800k+ would be outstanding/phenomenal
Judas Bertha Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) Im curious to see how his album will perform because I'm not sure if Justin is more of a stan-base or GP driven pop star. I used to think he had a big fan base, but his latest figures are saying otherwise. If he actually pulls through with the album, we can say that he's fan-base driven (like Taylor), but if he flops, then he's GP driven like Katy Perry. Either way, his era will end up being a success because the superbowl will ensure a big tour and decent album sales. His next album will be the real test. Edited February 3, 2018 by Judas Bertha
Crazy Lights Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I'd hope so with all the promo he's getting. He'll easily do at least 500k.
TKO Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I'll predict 300k since album sales are the pits and he has no smash hits this era. 'Say Something' has potential but i heard he will be performing 'Filthy'.
Eternium Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I’m expecting 550k since he’s doing the Super Bowl, has four singles out and has tons of promo lined up this week. It’ll be interesting to see how much longevity the songs have, though.

ITS ALL FRONT LOADED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is hardly contradictory. Both scenarios valid.
WhateverYouWant Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I’m predicting 650k-750k. considering he has the SB on Sunday.
vamp Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 (edited) 250k at most. Sales are bad and he’s no Taylor Swift. I expect 150 to 200k. Edited February 3, 2018 by vamp
ElusiveButterfly Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I don’t see him doing Adele/Taylor kind of numbers he might even match Drake. Whats considerd big numbers this year?

Let's not get delusional calling 400k "decent" and just "700k+" huge. Edited February 3, 2018 by Popboi.

Embustera Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 His fanbase is loyal and actually buys albums. We all know he is a big first week opener. I expect 800k-1M first week.
Toxicity. Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I'm gonna say 550k, he's no Taylor Drake or Adele.
