Florges Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Who tf I above and beyond hopefully Camila stays rises next week
Blue Honeymoon Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 OMG . Pure sales die a little more every day. Also, I can't believe those pure sales numbers for Taylor and Eminem.
truthteller Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 the long album SPS boost is really annoying
Smilers Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Taylor and Camila still top 10 is this the grammy week?
Green Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I predict Drake's next album will have 35 songs and will do over 1 million SPS

IVY Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 Yea real sales are dead, so realize when an artist sells one million in pure sales, that's not easy especially if their albums are avialable for streaming.
fridayteenage Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 looks like for female albums released 2014-now, 28 went #1. Five stayed in the T10 for 1 week. Eight stayed in the T10 for 2 weeks. So at worst Camila is in the middle of the pack for female #1s in recent years.

Drake has been doing 20~ track albums since 2011, he could careless about boosting his chart numbers. Y'all acting new. Him (and other artists) are gravitating to long length albums now probably moreso has to do with the fact during the sales era, you had to limit the amount of songs / time for 1 disc. Now in the streaming era, you don't have to worry about shortening album lengths to fit on 1 disc. If this was the sales era, Migos album would not be as long simply because the label would not be taking risks with trying to sell a higher priced double disc.
Grumpy Gills Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 Can you imagine if BB didn't add spins to the chart, the kiiis and tears
