Big Brother UK was cancelled in 2018 and is returning in October. The new hosts are AJ & Will and the show is set to run for six weeks. A second season has also been ordered for 2024. Starting a thread for Paramount Plus's latest streaming series Paper Dolls, which was brought to life by Bardot band member Belinda Chapple and recently launched on Paramount Plus. Not sure if this is available globally through the streaming service but wanted to bring awareness to the series as it's absolutely perfect for ATRLers and is a soapy drama series that is grittier than you would expect as times when it comes to mental health issues and how some of the characters deal with this. As a long-time fan of Bardot who had massive local success on the back of being bought together on Popstars Australia at its absolute peak, the series is very much inspired by the band's time in-market and the similarities are easy to pick out if you've binge watched their season on YouTube or read Belinda's autobiography released this year "The Girl In The Band". I am onto the start of episode three and all five of the actresses could easily pass as an actual girlgroup when it comes to vocals and choreography. Their shopping centre performance was a slay and the 00s nostalgia really stands out when it comes to aesthetics. Paper Dolls follows five aspiring singers who are thrust into the spotlight in pursuit of pop-stardom and fame. Never far from the watchful eye of the cameras, fans and critics, HARLOW is born out of music reality television show Pop Rush, redefining pop culture in the process.
