  10. We know spotify streams are heavily influenced by spotify playlist followers, we see this when a song jumps over 100 spots on the chart just from being added to HHT. Because of this, we can't really say that a song at #20 is doing better than a song at #25 is if the song at #20 has double the amount of playlist followers. I think a more accurate representation of how well a song is doing is how many streams a song can milk from its followers, the streams per follower (SPF). We talk a lot about spotify payola, and hopefully this can clear some things up. First of all, hit songs being pushed to a lot of playlist should not equal payola. The playlists are there to serve songs to the people that they wanna listen to, and people wanna listen to the hits, so God's Plan having the most spotify playllst followers doesn't mean it's the most payola'ed song. What should be considered spotify payola, is songs that are being pushed to people that people don't care for, the ones being forced down our throats; the ones that don't milk many streams from its followers. And of course every playlist follower isn't equal, for instance both the first and the last song on TTH get assigned all 19,4 mil followers, though obviously the #1 listed song will have a way easier time milking the playlist for streams; but I really can't account for this. The average streams per playlist follower for the top 50 songs is 0.02926. 8 songs get more than 30 % of the average streams per follower (>0.038), ranked from most organic to least: TRACK STREAMS PLAYLIST FOLLOWERS SPF changes by XXXTENTACION 1,362,898 19,908,049 0.0685 SAD! by XXXTENTACION 3,704,244 57,467,299 0.0645 Moonlight by XXXTENTACION 2,079,127 36,691,288 0.0567 I Fall Apart by Post Malone 1,482,424 30,562,731 0.0485 God's Plan by Drake 5,822,714 126,611,577 0.0460 Psycho (feat.
