  1. I just started watching Gilmore Girls for the first time and i can't help but seeing Taylor everytime like her face, her height, her laugh, her gestures they must be the same person im sure this was discussed million times before but im shocked tbh
  2. The production sounds like midnights on all the others We blame Jack
  3. rebranded. young girls. strong dancers and vocalists. who would be their audience? is gen x ready?
  4. Find the lie Set your spirit free It's the only way to be
  5. If Fergie had released this as a single remix featuring Legend Amy, would it have been a legendary hit?
  6. I want her to work with Haim's producers. Ariel Retchshaid and Rostam An album with them + Dan N word would be great
  7. If so, who uses them ?
  8. AvadaKedavra

    Singers you Miss the Most?

Do you have any female or male singers you feel like you miss a lot? youre dying and screaming for them to release new records? Do you feel like the music landscape is very empty-souless without them and their music? or you get tired with some of the top singers or newcomers today Who you miss and why? I miss Madonna music. She's actively touring but she's takin too much time to release a new album and her albums are so diverse-ecletic and sacred. I just want another interesting music collection from her I miss Gaga so so much. Even if she's not as invested as before her weirdness is needed today in a sea of safe singers. Her brand of Pop is very unique and Special Katy Perry. Yes i miss her quirky sense of humour and her messyness and sometimes her cutesy stuff too I want new themed videos Rihanna. Her dancehall-tropicalesque bops. Her sexyness and edgy vibes. Her retirement is one of the worst things to happen to Music Yes. She's in her homewrecker ways with sponge now but i miss her dominating the charts. She always give dope r&b pop bangerz I want a new Mariah Album. Caution was fantastic. I know she has it in her for another great project Can we have a new album from her? She always reinvent herself. I miss Britney too but brit deserves a time for herself-to heal Yes theyre like retired but i really miss the music from these ladies and nelly. Glad nelly is coming next year probably
  9. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cx9CLHxPYsh/ Update:
  10. In a way, you could look back at Consideration as a passing of the torch. I feel like SZA is a more laid back RnB version of Rihanna in the sense that she’s got cool vibes, a unique voice, good party music, versatile enough for pop. She’s even Drake’s new go to girl for hits. Slime You Out would have been a Rihanna collab at one point. Not saying they can’t coexist, I was just thinking who Rihanna’s spiritual successor might be. People say Dua or Doja Cat, but Idk
  11. i dont see her just touring mainly her new material anymore. like how will she play it from here? will she focus on other cuts in Eras 2? is this why Speak Now only had 2 songs (1 in the movie )
  12. and not Love Story and Shake It Off? This discussion has been done several times but 1989 TV cements this fact both are not found in Spotify Daily Global Chart. Usually big hits in the past have hard time to have longevity because they are overexposed at that time, but not Blank Space, which still garnered almost 3mil+ streams on Spotify yesterday Often times, people referred to Love Story (or even You Belong with Me) because the song captures Taylor's Country/Pop sides perfectly, but she has released 10 albums, and the ratio between her country and pop songs are around 1:2. You can tell Taylor is more a Pop artist than a Country artist, especially her last Country hit is more than 10 years ago now that 1989 TV has released, Shake It Off TV really sounds different from its original version, so the song probably will just get left more by the fandom So, do you agree that Blank Space is Taylor's signature hit?
  13. Have your thoughts changes about her, or have they remained the same?
  14. Most pop artists reach their artistic peak with their initial albums, usually between the 1st to 3rd releases. Some exceptions include pop icons like Madonna, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift, who obviously managed to maintain their creative prowess from the start and released their best albums way into their long careers. Which other artists released their best work after a long time in the industry?

Albums that serial killers love ?

What albums are loved by serial killers ?
  16. Can she? I don't think she can, its better she does arenas with some stadium shows, but i don't think she can do all stadiums..i think she will struggle if she does that Thoughts?
  17. Back in the day, getting critical acclaim used to actually mean something. Now, it feels like every record that comes out from a pop girl is scoring in the 80's, or high 70's on Metacritic. Has it become too easy to get critical acclaim for a record? Do you think it has anything to do with critics being scared of fanbases attacking them? And before anyone accuses me of anything...this isn't about anyone in particular. I just noticed how common it is these days for pop girls to have a critically acclaimed album.
  18. Released as the final 5th single from her smash 10M+ pure selling era Stripped, the piano ballad tackles introspection and trusting one's self. It became the highest charting single of the Stripped era in Switzerland (#3) while peaking in the top 10 in 10+ countries including top 40 in the US. The music video was shot In a single take One of her most underrated singles if we're being honest
  19. Is a pop music forum responsible for some of the 6M streams this song received yesterday?
  20. Why do you think artists felt bigger before the streaming era? Personally, I think it is because we didn’t see or hear from artists every day in the midsts of their personal lives. We mostly only witnessed artists on big screens such as the television (MTV), computer screens, billboards, posters, and magazines. We didn’t hear from them personally unless it was from an interview. They always seemed bigger than life then because of the exclusiveness. I think this is why film stars always feel bigger than artists today because we rarely hear or see from them unless they are on the big screen, doing an interview, or walking down a street.
