There are countless times in my life where a new guy I met (most of the time they are handsome) from work or acquaintances will invite me for a dinner or hang out then I thought it’s a date but turned out they are straight and they just genuinely enjoy my company. I bumped into a girl I was friend with in middle school 7th, 8th grade, while filling my gas at Costco. I got her number and we caught up, but I could read the room and tell she didn't wanna hang out or catch up, from what she told me she only keeps in touch with like 2 people from middle school, so I guess in a sense everyone moved on. Still makes me sad though, we were all friends at one point. I rather not think about it cause it makes me get all emo, we all moved on in life and I know that's suppose to happen but it's still sad. In my heart they will always be my friends and ill always remember those days :/
