  1. A 2010s classic for at one point the biggest British pop girl
  2. The first and only girl group to reach this milestone!
  3. Mirroring the essence of its title, in 2018, Billboard's editorial staff placed "Baby" atop the list of Carey's 100 greatest songs, while this March she unveiled a reinterpreted version for HBO Max's The Runaway Bunny. To date in the U.S., according to MRC Data, the original has sold 1.2 million downloads and drawn 432 million streams and 6.5 billion in total radio audience reach. https://www.billboard.com/articles/business/chart-beat/9564781/mariah-carey-always-be-my-baby-chart-rewind-1996/ 1,254,000 physical sales + 1,200,000 downloads + 432,000,000 streams (2,880,000 units) = 5,254,000 consumption units (certified 3x Platinum and should be 4-5x Platinum [only reason it wouldn't be 5x Platinum is if a lot of the 432M streams include user generated content/fan uploaded video streams]). A classic
  4. Olivia Rodrigo’s runaway hit single “Drivers License” just keeps getting bigger, as it has become the first song to surpass 1 billion global streams in 2021, according to figures reported to MRC Data. The tune, which spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart, climbed past the 1 billion mark in the week ending March 25. That week, the song racked up 54.42 million global on-demand audio and video streams, bringing its cumulative total to 1.033 billion. “Drivers License” continues to lead 2021 as the year’s most streamed song globally. The No. 2 most-streamed track of the year is BTS’ “Dynamite” with 685.98 million. https://www.billboard.com/articles/business/chart-beat/9549886/olivia-rodrigo-drivers-license-first-song-1-billion-global-streams-2021/ A mega smash HDD also has the song at 2.6M in the US: https://hitsdailydouble.com/news&id=325821&title=HERE%27S-OLIVIA%2C-AGAIN IFPI's Top 10 Global Digital Singles of 2020: 1. 8. Mr Brightside by The Killers continues to prove the chart hit that can’t be kept down. This week the track logs a record-breaking 260th non-consecutive week – or a full five years - on the Official UK Singles Chart Top 100. No song in UK chart history has notched up anywhere near as many weeks in the Top 100 - the closest is Snow Patrol’s 2006 Top 10 hit Chasing Cars, at 166 weeks. Mr Brightside has become the stuff of legend on the Official Chart. The indie-pop anthem spent just four weeks in the Top 100 upon its original 2004 release, peaking at Number 10. The years since have seen it become a staple at many a party or club night, helping it rack up lots of streams and downloads every week. In December 2018 Mr Brightside reached a landmark 1 million pure sales (downloads and CD sales), while its streaming tally currently stands at 281 million UK plays, making it the most-streamed song of any track released before 2010. Its total UK chart sales is a whopping 3.52 million. The power of Mr Brightside shows no signs of slowing down yet. Despite the country being in lockdown for most of the past year, the song has been streamed 65.2 million times in the last 12 months – that’s an average of 1.2 million plays a week. And in 2021 alone, Mr Brightside has spent 11 of the first 12 weeks of the year inside the Top 100, placing at Number 78 in the latest Top 100 – not bad for a song that was released 17 years ago.
