So basically I just bought an apartment in this new building that has yet to be built. Couldn't wait to brag about it to my co-workers. This guy I bragged to, is quite a nice guy, I think he likes me, but what annoys me about him is the fact that he is BFF with my crush who is also a co-worker. They are all the time together and I'm jealous. Whenever I'm with them I don't fit in, cuz they have certain topics of their own...and the worst thing is my crush is living in the building next to this building, so I already had this fantasy in my head of us getting closer since we are gonna be neighbours, him coming to my place to watch a movie, hang out and vice versa. But now with this guy being our neighbour aswell, its quite clear they are gonna hang out even more now and I'm probably gonna be left out, my fantasy has gone to ****** because of my dumb ass wanting to brag. Now I'm thinking how to sabotage this guy. How can I make him change his mind? I have bought my apartment already, but he has yet to have a meeting about it, didn't even find an apartment is thinking between two. What would you do??

For men, I would say Bleu De Chanel and JPG’s Le Male is definitely a turn on. I’ve been using JPG’s Scandal for men for a while now myself. I really can’t stand Tom Ford’s Black Orchid, it’s such a specific scent that I will recognize anywhere and it reminds me of an air refersher, makes me nauseous. For women, I can definitely recall that Madonna’s Truth or Dare was a top tier turn on perfume. I think labels can be good because they unite people with similar experiences who may otherwise find themselves isolated. For example, being gay is only applicable to ~3% of the population. So using the "gay" label is going to be essential to people who want to date and who don't want to feel alone in their struggles. Similar thing with asexual people who want a romantic relationship but not a physical one. But the more I think about it, wouldn't it be better if society moved toward a lablel-less version of itself? I used to be obsessed with defining my exact sexuality and grouping. I got into some of the really niche ones, but then I had to take a step back. If we like each other and want to date or have sex, isn't that kind of the end? Why do I need to explain any further or why should we care? TLDR, My opinion: Labels are useful and have practical value. But NOT everyone needs one or should feel pressured into using one.

We all know those straight male friend(s)/person in our lives that purposely try to do affectionate things to their male besties like kissing each other and what not while claiming not to be gay, but do you think an appropriate response to this growing population is to be homophobic to them?

How many chores/duties do you uptake in your household? I'm living with roommates, but THANKFULLY they clean up after themselves cause if they didn't chile... whew . My duties are 1 entire washroom & the staircases (broom & mop). Another roommate takes care of the guest washroom & kitchen. One takes care of the living room & foyer. And I believe one does garbage for whole house plus clean out fridge & lawn duties. So thankfully an even enough distribution.
