Michael Bearden is a very talented music director but he's also a traditionalist and rather old school in his approach to direction. She needs some younger blood at the helm to freshen up her body of work for the new gen. If she can start experimenting with that aspect, that will really elevate her brand as a musician and live performer to the next level.
