  1. Over the past year, life has taken on a new, often surreal rhythm. The absence of my mom is a void that has redefined my existence. Each holiday, birthday, and significant event feels incomplete, a stark reminder of the void she left behind. Yet, in these moments of intense longing and sadness, I have also found profound resilience within myself. The strength to stand up from my wheelchair without assistance was a milestone, both physically and emotionally. It symbolized a step towards independence, a victory I wished to share with her. That moment encapsulated the essence of this past year: a series of personal victories overshadowed by the absence of the one person I wanted to share them with the most. Grief, as I have come to understand, is an unpredictable journey. It is like being in the ocean, where the waters can shift from calm to tumultuous without warning. There are days when I feel a semblance of peace, where the memories of my mom bring a gentle smile to my face. Then there are days when the grief is overwhelming, a storm that threatens to engulf me. But just as quickly as it comes, it passes, leaving me to find my footing once more. My support system has been a lifeline through this turbulent sea of emotions. My family, particularly my aunts and uncles, have rallied around me, their support unwavering even as they cope with their own grief. Their love and presence have been a constant source of comfort. My friends have been incredible pillars of strength, reminding me that it’s okay to feel pain, to cry, and to grieve. They’ve lifted me up, ensuring that I never felt alone in this journey. While the pain of my mom’s absence is still ever present, the memories of her continue to be a guiding light. The videos and audios of her voice are treasures I hold close, though I still find it difficult to revisit them. I know that one day, these reminders will bring solace rather than sorrow. As I move forward, I carry with me the lessons and love my mom imparted. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering love are qualities I strive to embody every day. The journey of the nearly broken but not shattered continues, and with each step, I honor her memory by living a life that reflects the values she instilled in me. A lot of you have messaged me and checked on me over the last year and I appreciate that so much. Thank you for extending kindness to me.

  8. It's only been just over a month since my nephew passed away and now me and my family are having to bury another loved one. I feel so numb right now. I've been trying to keep myself busy recently, even returning back to work but I honestly feel like I'm about to fall apart. I didn't want to just disappear without saying anything, as I have people on here I talk to quite frequently but I really need to take some quality time to be with myself and my loved ones right now. I still can't believe this is real life. Take care all, Jordan. x

  11. Nicki Minaj filmed herself getting arrested for allegedly carrying drugs while traveling from Amsterdam to Manchester for her next Pink Friday 2 Tour show. She was fined and released after several hours of interrogation. "We have just released a 41-year-old American woman who we arrested this afternoon at Schiphol on suspicion of exporting soft drugs. After consultation with the Public Prosecution Service, the suspect was fined and can continue her journey." - Royal Marechaussee posted on X Nicki cancelled her show in Manchester, England, after she was held by police. "Despite Nicki's best efforts to explore every possible avenue to make tonight's show happen, the events of today have made it impossible," the Co-op Live venue in Manchester said in a post on X. Earlier, Nicki has accused an Amsterdam airport of trying to stop her from performing at her scheduled tour dates. She filmed Amsterdam Airport Schipol employees as they forced her to send her bags through security a second time. In the clip, the man leaned into the car as she asked him to repeat himself for the camera. "The police officer told me we have to offload all the luggage and to search everything of your luggage," he explained. "I'm so sorry to say that," the airline representative added. "They've been trying to stop me from coming to every show. "They took my bags before I could see them. Put it on the plane. Now saying, they're waiting on customs. "This is what it looks like when ppl are paid big money to try to sabotage a tour after all else failed. Everything they've done is illegal," Nicki posted on Instagram source

  12. Yeah sorry, anyone that says that can go **** themselves and I do not care one iota how "nice" they are to other people in their life. It's men like this that raise homophobic sons.

  13. The most interesting thing in this week's chart battle is that we had all the fanbases coming together to dethrone Taylor, but Billie's album still couldn't win in any of the 3 consumption metrics.

  19. Exactly as a Black woman I hate when they say this ****. It's like every single time that Nicki is being held accountable for something they say that people are racist for trying to bring a Black woman down. She's literally flying with drugs. Even flying with alcohol there are rules. Most if not all airlines state that alcohol must be in a check in bag and no more than two bottles a bag (or person I can't recall). They are detaining her because they believe she might have more than she said she does and they suspect that because of how she's acting not because she's a Black woman. I've also been to Amsterdam and me and the 2 Black women I was with had an amazing time 😂

  21. Billie wasn't even talking about Taylor there. She complimented both Eras and Renaissance tour in the past. She was just responding on her livestream to her stans that were bugging her to have a 3 hour show. The stans were definetly think about Taylor but I really don't think Billie was. Billie just couldn't image herself physically performing for 3 hours.

  27. What to write about The Eras Tour that hasn't been written yet? The show starts with an amazing pace, Cruel Summer is DEFINITELY the best song to open the tour with (the first full song). It gives you so much energy and the crowd was SO LOUD during that bridge that I almost couldn't hear Taylor. I cried the entire Lover and Fearless set… I was in awe. She's the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen. A princess, a barbie. Fearless the song is super nostalgic and I think it was the song I cried to the most. "And I don't know how it gets better than this" indeed. You Belong With Me might've been the loudest the crowd got. It was either that one or Shake It Off. The Red set could be changed a bit. I liked hearing the hits live but she should've mashed them up and include either Red or State of Grace (a song made for stadiums). It was incredible hearing a stadium of 65k+ people screaming word for word to ATW10 though. Enchanted is a very magical moment, but I'm really sad I didn't get to experience Long Live. Now for the best set of the entire tour, puta the ENERGY that set exudes. The way that people were SCREAMING just by hearing a snake. Don't Blame Me is a GODLY moment, really felt like a religious experience. I now get some of the criticism of the folkmore set. Not that it's bad, but it can drag a bit, specially when you're standing for so many hours. However, getting to hear my fav song august and then illicit affairs and my tears ricochet was an experience. champagne problems was a highlight. When they turned on the lights so she could see us all standing and clapping for her was so cute… 1989 is SO GOOD live, I can only imagine the 1989 World Tour. Every single person in the house was SINGING those hits. I felt the stadium shake during shake it off. TTPD set is incredible and so fast paced. I had the sensation of it lasting like 2 minutes and it's one of the longest ones. Definitely very well produced and her vocals sounded incredible on these songs. The surprise songs What can I say? I got TWILY!!!!! And we were the first stop to get 5 surprise songs in one night. She really did this for ME! The Midnights set is INCREDIBLE visually. When she shows up with her bodysuit on Midnight Rain… a goddess. Sorry for the long rant/review, but I needed to unpack what I just saw. And again, thank you all for everything READY FOR N2

  32. Ok… Taylor already has 4 & is the only artist to achieve this. Billie can have this one. I'll cackle even more for the hives' meltdown when that happens though (especially after they pretended to be sister fandoms with the eyelashes this week)

  33. Yeah... no. This is not the kind of thing you can sit on the fence for. "But he says he doesn't agree!!1" - but he still calls him a "great person". You can't be as horrifically misogynistic and homophobic as that guy is and be a great person. But as I've said before, this man is pure trash straight from the gutter, it is no surprise at all that he would try to gloss over that speech like it was nothing. I am surprised that the Swifties are so quick to defend him though. I know they don't give a flying **** about misogyny (unless it's directly applicable to Taylor), homophobia, racism or any other form of bigotry, but his team mate reduced Taylor to being "his team mate's girlfriend" and Travis thinks that's completely fine.
