She finally did what she really wanted to do, and the GP was not there for her. She didn't deserve to flop the way she did 1 hour ago, The Destiny Hope said: Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Sam seems to make the same music to me. Witness was OK but it was such a let down from Katy's past efforts. I think that placement is good for her this year! I've never heard Katy's past efforts, so I can't really judge, but yeah, it was a good placement! 1 hour ago, Unoriginal said: Dua never properly got into Kehlani and the other two... Also, I barely listened to Joanne in 2017, it was mainly The Cure 14 minutes ago, jose168 said: talent won
The Destiny Hope Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 You're telling me you haven't heard anything from Teenage Dream? @grandewhispers
Sailor Star Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Thought I was the last remaining Katy fan left Glad Katy charted somewhere this year!

Kehlani 14. Dua Lipa 13. Sam Smith 12. Katy Perry 11. Lady Gaga Not Katy being higher than Selena. I actually like Katy but the music she has released this year doesn't surprise me she has flopped, it just isn't up to the same standard as her previous works, I liked a lot on Teenage Dream & Prism but could only really get into Swish Swish & Roulette on Witness unfortunately. Also agree with the Cure it is a great pop song & I have been listening to some of her older stuff lately too, been playing Applause, Do What You Want & Judas a lot lately lol.

grandewhispers Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 #10 Miley Cyrus Malibu is what get her this high! Such a great record, perfect for the summer and it was super chill! I've yet to get tired of it! It's amazing! Her album was a disappointment tho. Had some cute songs, but it was bland and boring, hence why she flopped so much. I'm also tired of her bashing her old eras! Hoping she comes harder next era. #9 Meghan Trainor Well..... I love Thank You, I don't know how most of ATRL hates it tbh. I only got to listen to her first album, Title this year, and that also helped her achieve this ranking. The reason she's here is mostly because her albums help me a lot when I'm studying, ddddd. I always listen to her discography when I have exams.
grandewhispers Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 #8 Ed Sheeran An excellent artist! I can see why some people say his music sounds the same, which is kinda true, but you need to stop hating on me. He can write his music, he is a great singer, producer, plays a lot of instruments and y'all call hate him just because he's incredibly successful #7 Bebe Rexha One of my favorites! UNDERRATED! All Your Fault Pt 1 was excellent! Bad Bitch, Getaway Drug and I Got You were highlights! She deserves so much more success, I wish she'd change labels, because they treat her like ****! All Your Fault Pt 2 could've been so much better, but it wasn't bad! I'm glad Meant To Be is taking off and I'm super excited for Expectations!
grandewhispers Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 #6 Halsey So close to the Top 5! Deserved to reach it! I love Halsey so much, and every day I like her even more! Her music is amazing, her lyrics are too and her voice captivates me so much! hopeless fountain kingdom was an album! I've had it on repeat ever since it came out! It's better than Badlands btw. My trinity is Alone, Now Or Never and Bad At Love! Alone, Walls Could Talk and Heaven in Hiding are also standouts! I'm glad she succeeded this year, and that Bad At Love is Top 10! Hoping it can go even higher!
grandewhispers Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 top artists - recap: 20. Zara Larsson 19. Little Mix 18. Zayn 17. Madison Beer 16. Selena Gomez 15. Kehlani 14. Dua Lipa 13. Bubble Tea Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Slay Miley and Bebe. I mean MIley's era was mostyl bad, but the lead & video was good. Bebe, I don't even like her music, but I like her. I reckon Selena should've been higher - she's released AMAZING music this year.
