-Rockstar101- Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 (edited) I know next week is so far away, so I thought I do a little "Who will slay in 2018" list. Here are my Top 5 artist who will most likely dominate in 2018: #5: Matt Terry ATRL does too much on him. Yes, Sucker For You is a hate it or love it-kinda song but it does NOT represent his debut Trouble at all. There are a few filler but the rest is good. Check it out! Oh, and he is a normal looking guy and that makes him kinda sexy. Sue me if you want. #4: Charlie Puth Okay. His debut single was not that great but it had Meghan Trainor on it, who is one of my newer faves. I wasn't really interested in his music though. Then he released Attention which kinda went past me even though I heard it on the radio all the time. It was stuck in my head since August and I gave up a few weeks later. The 1-2 punch followed when he released How Long and recently I discovered his collab with G-Eazy. His album is the only one which will be released at the beginning of 2018. Sooo ... #3: Rita Ora Man where do I start? The first time I saw her on TV was about 5 years. I think it was a perfomance of "R.I.P." and I thought: Damn, she sounds awful. What do the people see in her? A few years later she released IWNLD and she caught me off guard. I downloaded her debut and am a fan since then. A shame that Calvin ruined her sophomore. I stanned hard for Body On Me and Poison. She delivered with Your Song and Anywhere this year and if her 2nd album is anything like them then I'm sure she will slay 2018. #2: Selena Gomez The relationship with Selena was kinda the same as the one with Rita. The first song I liked was Naturally but I didn't care for the rest. It wasn't until Good For You when she sparked my interest in her music again. I was so obsessed with Revival that I had to check out Stars Dance out, too. Dance-Pop suits her really well but also the stripped down sound of Good For You. Bad Liar wasn't my cup of tea but Fetish proved that she can do it. IF she releases another album in 2018, she will be one of my most listened artist for that year. But please not another messy video like the one for Fetish #1: Maluma I recently discovered his music as ATRL is always speaking about his looks and I'm obsessed with his songs. Yeah I don't understand a thing but that doesn't scare me. I like his flow and he also has the bops. Edited December 18, 2017 by -Rockstar101-

-Rockstar101- Posted December 25, 2017 Author Posted December 25, 2017 Ok guys and girls. Here is my first set of my Top 50 albums. Tbh I was quite surprised about some entries nnn... A few albums are charting a bit lower because of their release dates but that's their fault not mine Either way: Let's starts 50. Jojo - Mad Love - 466 Points Weeks in 2017: 9 49. The Chainsmokers - Memories... Do Not Open - 496 Points Weeks in 2017: 11 48. Adele - 25 - 512 Points Weeks in 2017: 9 47. The Pussycat Dolls - PCD - 536 Points Weeks in 2017: 10 46. Coldplay - A Head Full of Dreams - 628 Points Weeks in 2017: 13 I'm kinda surprised that The Chainsmokers made it into the Top 50. The only song I listened to was "Something Just Like This". I was never really interested in Coldplays music but something clicked when I saw their performance in Manchester (maybe it was Chris Martin sweating ) PCD charted because of the rumours about their reunion and nostalgia attacked me out of nowhere. The 9 weeks Jojo's "Mad Love" charted were also the last ones. I was over the album after a few weeks in 2016 and 2017. Hmm, what can I say about Adele? She is a legend and yeah that's it. but I won't forgive her the WUTB video snub. Rott in hell, Bitch!

MP2K Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 PCD I've been going back and listening to a lot of girl group albums across the scale. Just in that mood.
Bubble Tea Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I love El Dorado! Such a good Shakira album.

-Rockstar101- Posted December 28, 2017 Author Posted December 28, 2017 35. Zedd - True Colors - 798 Pts. Weeks in 2017: 21 34. Rachel Platten - Waves - 814 Pts. Weeks in 2017: 12 33. Bebe Rexha - All Your Fault Pt. I - 858 Pts. Weeks in 2017: 10 32. Måns Zelmerlöw - Chameleon - 862 Pts. Weeks in 2017: 13 31. Sunrise Avenue - Heartbreak Century - 892 Pts. Weeks in 2017: 11 I never thought that Zedd spent 21 weeks in my album charts this year which makes his # kinda funny, he bombed hard but he's still cute Rachel released a solid pop album. Broken Glass knocks and Perfect For You is just starting! So the next one was for the Bad Bitches and Rexhars, the true Bebe Rexha fans! I enjoyed Part I tbh. I Got You is pure pop, Bad Bitch is an anthem and the high praised F.F.F. was just there. Still a good EP and spoiler alert: You'll see Part II, too. Hmm, Mans is hot isn't he? That's all I have to say ... Okay, I only used Fire In the Rain and Glorious. Most of you won't be familiar with Sunrise Avenue. They are a finnish pop-rock band and slaying Germany for almost a decade now. You really should check out "I Help You Hate Me". It's kinda cheesy but in a good way. That's it for today. See ya, bitches
