Really? I thought Down is kinda cute tho. Not that great, but not that terrible, it just sounds a bit.. uninspiring.

This wasn't in response to me but, I feel like there is.

The album is all about love and self love really.

Ready For Ya would be a perfect closer, thematically and sonically, because it's like she's finally ready/deserving for love and it just really sounds like a closer.

 

I feel like it was a bonus track because she isn't quite there yet tbh, I mean from the doc it seems like she wants to sort out her eating disorder and addiction issues before she feels ready to really have a serious relationship like that.

If anything, I feel like S&M is a beautiful closer. And I think she stated many times that RFY is one of the most special songs she did with Sir Nolan/Nick Jonas when they were on a tour bus together. However, I believe they just can't find a right spot to put the track in.

Katy probably has a few good songs on her album but I'm not really motivated to listen, I'll just take Bon Appetit as a guilty pleasure and leave it there lol

I really feel like that's a nice position for TC already. It's good, but it's forgettable.

I love Cut To The Feeling, but I get some EMOTION rehashed vibe from it, and it's not that good compared to her older stuff.

 

Guess I have a big expectation for her.
