Diarrhoea Posted December 13, 2017 Author Share Posted December 13, 2017 Singles 60 - Tei Shi - Keep Running A very cute indie-synth-pop song, her amorphous vocals really make it so sensual 59 - Why Don't We - These Girls Probably their best single so far, I liked their newest EP but ditching this after they actually put in effort for the video was a crap idea 58 - Kelela - Blue Light I can see why she scrapped this for LMK, but the production goes off. I Did Something Bad wouldn't be with us here today without it 57 - Allie X - Paper Love Not as good as I once thought but it's so catchy and that pre-chorus is fire 56 - Astrid S - Party's Over The best thing about this is how the first chorus is whispered, the second is half-whispered and half-belted, and the third is belted Album Tracks 60 - Loreen - Hate The Way I Love You Tuneless with generic production like the rest of this awful album, but it builds up to a nice crescendo and I like it more than this writeup would imply 59 - Lana Del Rey - Coachella I'm not sure why I hated this at the time but it's the best example of the album's quasi-parody aesthetic and has a decent chorus tbh 58 - Halsey - 100 Letters I'm not sure why this wasn't a single during summer but she should really get on that 57 - Taylor Swift - King of My Heart The chorus is enough to carry the messy pre-chorus and that odd militaristic breakdown thing that occasionally happens 56 - Tove Lo - Stranger Her vocals snap but there's something a lil faceless about it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
