By the time it got the single treatment my love for it dwindled a bit, but regardless I still loved it. I still think it's a great song, but just very very overplayed. Definitely one of my favorite summer songs this year. I visited California with my family and I loved driving along the coast blasting this. It's so peaceful and has such pretty lyrics. It has a way of being a cool indie pop song, while having incredibly sad lyrics. I sometimes cry when listening to this (especially whilst drunk).
