I was surprised to see the BDKMV shade... and then I wasn't. Further proof etc.

 

I wasn't often in a mood for Suzy's album but when I was, it was stunning. Kendrick and Kelela obviously snatch too and I haven't listened to the other two but I'm sure they're great.

 

Lovely countdown, you truly have a good taste even if you try your best to hide it sometimes :heart2:

Really solid top 10, Brand New’s álbum didn’t do much for me but it has its highlights (Same Logic/Teeth) whew wig missing. I never listened to the Susanne record but now I’m kinda intrigued.

damn deserves aoty, but melodrama is a better choice for me at least.

oh wow a top 5 even though I have yet to get into Fever Ray, but that one avi annoyed me too much so I couldn't do it x

Hope you give it a listen, just keep in mind that it may take several listens, and that simplicity is the key in this case :heart2:

Worst song she's ever recorded :sorry: I kinda regret giving ha the #2 spot over Kelallah just for TTMAB and the title-track which ruined the album

Ahh what a lovely top 5! The only one I haven't heard was the Fever Ray album (I'll make sure I get on that). DAMN. and Take Me Apart are flawless  :clap3: Zola's album was very interesting and I liked what I heard but it wasn't something that I was drawn to very frequently. Same for MFPIT. This was a great list to follow :party:

I know I'm late to the punch here but forgive me for being busy, that number 1 album whewwwwww

it's truly incredible. Really groundbreaking for its genre i feel, and has so many absolute winning moments musically in all facets, and it draws from other genres so well. It's her masterpiece and her best album (so far!) although idk if she can top it

Yes Kelela should'vve been number 2 though Lolz

I haven't listened to Susanne's album but Undercover was cute and I love some songs on TLS :heart2:

Kelela top 3 :alexz: Onanon, Blue Light and Truth Or Dare getting a mention :clap3: Where's LMK tho :shakeno:

I listened to Soak but Zola a while ago and it was cute :keir:
