Pedro Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Ooh La la! "Dance Alone" such a nice song! The live performance didn't help! Also love Selena's!
Maddox Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Oh wow at the Demi slayage, she won! Element and Everybody Knows Midnight is too low tho
KillingYourCareer Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 BURČESQUAD UNITED the pentasexual and pentaracial legend Demetria Lovato and two of her best new songs also you're serving better taste than I expected, even including Selena's only listenable song released this year
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted January 1, 2018 ATRL Moderator Posted January 1, 2018 ew at dance overrated
bestfiction Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Don't really like both these Demi songs but she deserves the overall praise Fetish should be higher
Eeveelution Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 (edited) Concentrate is way better than the other, glad it outcharted. Element and Paper Love are bops. Everybody Knows and Fetish are good but their lesser singles released this year. Edited January 1, 2018 by Eeveelution

Gucci Mane - Fetish #54 Halsey - Walls Could Talk #53 Kacy Hill - Like A Woman #52 Jana Burčeska - Dance Alone #51 Kimbra - Everybody Knows #50 Loreen - RIDE The title track of her second LP lands at #50. At its release it was added to some playlist, and thus quickly became one of the more strihmed tracks of the album, making it a 'single'. I really love this one and it's a perfect representation of the album, but I just love the other tracks more. Incredible track. #49 Taylor Swift - ...Ready For It? And thus, we have the best track of the reputation era. The song drew some comparisons to Rihanna, which is perhaps why I like it so much? From the hard-hitting bass drop, to tropical pop elements here and there, along with Taylor who somewhat.. raps? It shouldn't work, but it works so well, and the rihplay value is through the roof with this one. It's so much better than the other (promo) singles. #48 Katy Perry - Tsunami And from Taylors best track this year.. we move to Katy's n. Tsunami is like 'Currents' by Tame Impala meets Katy Perry. Shoutout to Mike-Will for a great production. Tsunami is Katy's best track this year, because the amount of corny lyrics in this one is not a lot, especially compared to the rest of the album, and the whole song sets an atmosphere and is a standout. #47 Astrid S - Such A Boy The more talented version of Zara Larsson xo. Such A Boy is an incredible pop song with clever and witty lyrics. I'm rooting for Astrid to break through, she deserves it. Her EP Party's Over is also very solid, but Such A Boy is the obvious standout. #46 Kesha - Boots bop #45 Run The Jewels - Thieves! (Screamed The Ghost) My favorite track of RTJ3 sets an atmosphere like no other. The song opens with a warning for the listener, that this might be the future. A dystopian world is rapped here about, but it's also a smart way to discuss racism, riots and more. With Martin Luther King as outro, the song ends with a bang that this dystopian sci-fi future, could well be reality soon. #44 Dua Lipa - Genesis An album opener like no other whew. Don't have a lot to say this one, but it's definitely one of my favorite Dua tracks. #43 Calvin Harris, Frank Ocean, Migos - Slide I wish I got into this one earlier ugh. I didn't really felt the need to show interest in Calvin after the mediocre My Way. Slide is a standout on his album, and deservingly so. All people involved give great performances here. From the somewhat deadpan delivery from Ocean, to Migos who rides this track incredibly well. It surprisingly isn't my favorite on the album, but it came close. It deserves its praise. #42 Paramore - Hard Times With it's '80s vibes, Hard Times is much different than Paramore's other material. It pumped me a lot for their album, which ultimately kinda disappointed. I found a few cute bops here and there, but overall it was lacklustre. Still, I hope they stay in this route, cause it fits them incredibly well. Hard Times is a catchy track that sticks quite well, but it's not too bubblegum-poppy to be too mainstream. Hard Times is a great pop song. #41 Halsey feat. Lauren Jauregui - Strangers Many people have their last entrih in this update, whew, so does Halsey. Strangers is the LGBT anthem we deserve. Halsey does her job well, but the real star here is Lauren with her raspy vocals. The two work extremely well together, making Strangers a great and fun song, and with its synth-pop song it's the best track of HFK. It makes me super excited for Laurens solo material, so I hope we get a lot of that in the nearby future Edited January 2, 2018 by Navyofbadgals
