How dare you to call a Dua Lipa song medicore? Uhm, it was more than just nice Banks & Selena Some songs are just a lot more weaker than others 20 hours ago, theblackestday said: Arca, Witness, MFPIT, OITS, Antisocialites Legend Bush snatching Legend indeed 19 hours ago, TayRianaPH said: I'm back!! Pills is nice too in spite of that grating chorus I somewhat wish the last portion of Pills is just a song by itself but I feel like it wouldn't have that impact it has if it wasn't there to serve a contrast 16 hours ago, Playa Playa said: Arca should be higher! Kate Bush She really is the best. She really is, I hope to get into the rest of her discography soon! 14 hours ago, lhdang2000 said: Revival is already here. I agree with what you said about Witness as Katy has matured. However, it only feels like her production is, but her lyrics is still that bubbly, sweet, which creates contrasts through the whole album. Yeap that's what I kinda said, her lyrics are still tragic 14 hours ago, ColdKeane said: Not a fan of Revival Alvvays and Real Estate 12 hours ago, TheWayWeWere said: I really LOVE some tracks from Witness, but it doesn't work overall for me Dua Lipa has amazing debut tbh Kate Bush mention Yeah, Witness is only there because I like some songs 10 hours ago, AlexisNeiers said: ON HOLD WON, POOR OTHER SINGLES Hard Times and Praying were also gewd! Green Light is an excellent (although kinda predictable but then again, who tf cares) choice for #1 On Hold is indeed superior to the other I See You singles 10 hours ago, AlexisNeiers said: I pressed the submit reply buttom to early so here's another post Listen to Real Estate's two previous albums, they're so good Skip Matt's songs though, they weren't good anyway and here's a reasonable excuse to do so So nice to see Arca, Susanne and Alvvays here nn, all these scum men Perhaps I'll check out their discography next time! 10 hours ago, Dom said: yasss at dua lipa, one of my fave albums of 2017, after so many delays it was amazing to finally have it in my heads.. such an album and such a moment for me. witness is eh, has a few good songs eminem album was not the tea at all, but I loved the P!nk song (their best collab so far, revenge found dead in the ditch) Revenge was dead on arrival anyway so 9 hours ago, Legend E said: You're so wrong for the Kate Bush photo But yes, I agree with your description. I also got into HOL this year Running Up That Hill is one of the best songs ever. Witness + Dua That's the most recent picture we have of Kate so 8 hours ago, potent said: Witness and Revival probably have a couple good songs but I'm not really motivated to check them out. I don't check for BANKS but her songs are always nice whenever they randomly pop up in my library lol. ATRL Moderator Unoriginal Posted December 30, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted December 30, 2017 Crack-Up and Blue Lips I prefer LW personally but both are good My opinions on CU aren't a secret so I won't gush too much here
Bloomers Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 I missed the top ten reveal it was a good top ten though since I like all the artists in the top 10 even though I might not know the songs (I'll listen A$AP!) I'm kind of warming up to ...Ready For It? (and Reputation as a whole) but I do love End Game feat. the most successful male artist of all time and the best flute rapper of all time and I endorse it as your number 1 and support and look forward to a T-Swizzle rap album Just kidding. I loved the fake out and fell for it. Green Light is good! Incorrect songwriting and all. For the album list: 50-41 I missed out on Arca and Katy and Julien but heard good things about two out of three of those. Dua Lipa is surprisingly good (I don't really expect too much from newer pop artists) and I'm excited for more from her and the Syd album is so good :taylorswiftjonny: 40-36 That Tove Lo album looks like a mess and I can't help but imagine it with a different title (ex. Soft Sounds From Another Planet: Lady Wood Part II or Crack-Up Lady Wood Part II). The other albums are pretty great though, I love the Fleet Foxes album and the Japanese Breakfast album was pretty nice also. I'm going to have to check out Aromanticism, I missed that one.
TheWayWeWere Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Blue Lips is solid pop record, but fails to be on par with Lady Wood
Green Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 (edited) I need to check tove's new album. So far Queen of the Clouds is still her best album. Edited December 30, 2017 by Green
jomarr Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 I did find it difficult to listen to Fleet Foxes' new music. I haven't heard the album in full though I might. Slide just at #174 Would have wanted Don't Take the Money to sit at least a Top 20 position. Scanning through your list, I think we share common music taste! I just checked and I follow you on Last FM. I'm gonna check your music out! Great chart. Great graphics.
grandewhispers Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Blue Lips was a solid album, had a couple of bops
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 30, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted December 30, 2017 Blue Lips is the only one I know and I was not very much into it
K$Ellie Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 The Lady Wood drag is not cute but at least Blue Lips made the list I like I Feel It Coming but it's not even one of my faves on the album Touch and Look are pop perfection and both videos slay for different reasons Fake Happy is too high Love and Bad Liar are great Demi top 40 I prefer Look over ...Ready but I'm glad one of them made the top 10 Nn the Pills description is true, I like it to tho and the outro is fantastic Hard Times and Praying slaying And welp, you just described my reaction to Praying when I first heard it End Game woulda been a messy #1 even tho it's kind of a bop, but talent won

Admiral Bobbery Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Not really familiar with most of the albums but the Outer Space and The Ooz sounded really interesting to me. That guy's name makes me think of the Donkey Kong character though
Navyofbadgals Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Rihanna god we love a succesful artist also your albums so far
Navyofbadgals Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 why did you use such a meh pic for Rihanna though..
Pink Matter Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 OMG I missed a ton There's quite a few that I never had the time to check out (Julien Baker, Alvvys, Waxahatchee, Japanese Breakfast, Arca). Fin, MFPIT, and Aromanticism are my faves from the previous sets. Dua's was good but I only listened to it in full once and there were some I didn't bother with that I knew I wouldn't like (Em, Tove).
Tom Vercetti Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Crack Up & Soft Sounds The Ooz should've been cut in half. The Rih pic looks over 10 years old for some reason.
potent Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Rihanna and Florence Maybe one day I'll get into Bon Iver...
