ATRL Moderator Tsareena Posted December 27, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted December 27, 2017 Bedroom is so underrated. love it. Beautiful Trauma grew on me after the video. I enjoy it now
lhdang2000 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 (edited) Pink's AMA performance makes me appreciate Beautiful Trauma so much. Perfect Places just hits me so well. I'm not even 19, but I feel super connected with those lyrics as I'm having same feelings about almost everything. Edited December 27, 2017 by lhdang2000
potent Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I like the three that I know! Perfect Places is a masterpiece and the song that made me listen to Melodrama, it's just so good
Pedro Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Shania's song is quite enjoyable along with P!nk's but I think they're rather too high!
Αnt Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Perfect Places Beautiful Trauma is such a cute album opener.
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 28, 2017 Author ATRL Moderator Posted December 28, 2017 #15 A: Miranda Lambert T: Tin Man C: Lyrically this is extremely powerful. I loved it since the first listen back in 2016. So happy she released it as a single. #14 A: Kesha T: Learn To Let Go C: Ugh she just came back to slay. I am so glad she escaped Dr. Luke. #13 A: Katy Perry T: Chained To The Rhythm (feat. Skip Marley) C: I really think Katy's intention with this song is underrated. One of the best songs on Witness. #12 A: Paramore T: Fake Happy C: Hayley and ha band ( ) making a sad song and hiding it with an empowering melody. Geniuses! #11 A: Maren MorrisT: I Could Use a Love Song C: dcdfvdss;z what is this cover sis

TheWayWeWere Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Fake Happy is so good should've been in top 10 LTLG and CTTR underrated bops
JGibson Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 4/5 Fake Happy + Chained To The Rhythm + I Could Use A Love Song + Tin Man
lhdang2000 Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 I think the reason why Katy's era flopped is mainly because of the marketing. The album itself is really fun, bubbly, and has nothing to do with politics. However, with her supporting Hilary and all that, they decide to push the album towards that way, and it kills the entire Witness era. I still love the album tho, and all the singles are amazing, CTTR included. Learn to Let Go is really good too.
potent Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Well maybe I'm biased but I don't use the artists of 14 and 12 and probably never will... Katy is decent sometimes but CTTR was I'll check Miranda and Maren.
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted December 29, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted December 29, 2017 Fake Happy is so on the nose that it works for them, idk how they did it
Admiral Bobbery Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 Catching up now that I don't feel like death anymore Spoiler Drew Barrymore Lost In Your Light Selfish Love Guilty Perfect Places Bedroom Tin Man Learn To Let Go Fake Happy Are all great!
Lazuli Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 CTTR Learn To Let Go Fake Happy yaaaaaaaaaaaas Almost at the same position as me Is that Maren cover for real? Great song anyway
KillingYourCareer Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 Even without Eurovision songs you're still serving taste
thecptz Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 a ****ing mess not chained to the rhythm over perfect places tho wow you're trash. i mean CTTR is a bop but PP >>>>> i love learn to let go. it slays my existence whew. sugar (by maren ofc) >>>>>> i could use a love song but both songs are great trash
ATRL Moderator Legend E Posted December 29, 2017 Author ATRL Moderator Posted December 29, 2017 #10 A: Lana Del Rey T: Love C: Even though I totally hated LFL (both the album and the song ), Love is clearly one of Lana's best lead singles. The video is also very impressive. #09 A: Kesha T: Praying C: Even though Ryan Lewis' production is so obvious in the song, it is clearly a significant moment in Kesha's career and I will always appreciate her bravery. #08 A: Jessie Ware T: Alone C: I have waited for Jessie's comeback for such a long time and she did not fail to impress me. Alone is one of the best songs she ever #07 A: Paramore T: Hard Times C: Just like Fake Happy, I guess this kind of fits in the same theme as the other track. It's very 80s inspired and I think the video made the song even catchier. #06 A: LordeT: Green Light (the original ) C: Lorde's album was a definite highlight for me this year. She served emotions after emotions and, while this is probably the poppiest song on the album, the tempo change is really a career-defining moment.
potent Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 Green Light and Love are masterpieces I need to check Jessie Ware more this year, I loved Midnight and Selfish Love.
