It surprised me at first time because I didn't expect it to be that catchy. Yung Lean has a history of having some pretty autotune'd heavy nonsense.

Think of Power as a sibling to Complexion when Kung Fu Kenny & Rapsody first showed their duo potential.

It's actually a genre   Well sorta, it just implies it's pop music that plays with unconventional structures or pulls from genres not usually associated with pop (usually pop is from rock, dance, hip hop, or R&B - or jazz if its old)

Idk, something was clearly missing this time around (and I'm not talking about M*tt ). It just wasn't as tight as their two previous albums and felt a bit unfocused.

The name kinda screams tumblrcore but I put it aside. Also, they can tend to be on the samey side, but there's a couple of exceptions.

A friend of mine recommended me Mountain Goats and he's a hipster himself. They attract their audience for sure.
