It's fake. I remember kworb showed pre order positions and 25 was #1 in the overall chart only with pre order, not only 25, also 1989,Purpose..so to those albums took 0 seconds.

iTunes changed in like 2015. Before pre-orders were counted on the regular sales chart and since then we have a individual pre-order chart and pre-orders are counted on the regular sales chart when they are redeemed. 

 

 

But Britney Jean should certainly not be on this list here... Just from it's release date
