Someone at HDD didnt fact check this article. Where did BB say 2 million for swift? They said 1.4, which lines up what they and everyone else is saying.

Why are they acting like Billboard changes the rules frequently? Especially when they tend to follow the lead of the RIAA, who has always been the ones to adjust for different types of consumption? It’s just untrue. They may fib certain things for big artists but the actual rules don’t change that often.
