iHype. Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 Cardi B 'Moves' to No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 With 'Bodak Yellow', Post Malone Debuts at No. 2 With 'Rockstar' Quote "Bodak," released on The KSR Group/Atlantic Records, makes Cardi B (born Belcalis Almanzar, in the Bronx, New York) just the second female rapper to top the Hot 100 without any other billed artists, following Lauryn Hill's first solo Hot 100 entry (apart from the Fugees), "Doo Wop (That Thing)," for two weeks beginning with its Nov. 14, 1998, debut at No. 1. Cardi B is only the fifth female rapper ever to lead the Hot 100 at all. After Hill, Lil' Kim ruled for five weeks in 2001 with Christina Aguilera, Mya and P!nk on "Lady Marmalade"; Shawnna reigned as featured on Ludacris' "Stand Up," which topped the Dec. 6, 2003, chart; and Iggy Azalea's introductory Hot 100 hit, "Fancy," featuring Charli XCX, led for seven weeks in 2014. 2 Quote Hot 100: 10 (+4) Feel It Still 9 (-1) Attention 8 (+8) Rake It Up 7 (+2) Believer 6 (+1) Unforgettable 5 (-1) Despacito 4 (-1) 1-800-273-8255 3 (-2) Look What You Made Me Do 2 (new) Rockstar 1 (+1) Bodak Yellow Foo Fighters Score Second No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 With 'Concrete and Gold' Quote South Korean boy band BTS makes a big splash in the top 10, as the seven-member group's new album, Love Yourself: Her, debuts at No. 7 with 31,000 units (18,000 in traditional album sales, just less than 4,000 in TEA and a little under 10,000 in SEA). BTS earns both the highest-charting album ever on the Billboard 200 by a K-pop act, and the genre's biggest sales week. The group beats its own record, as the act's 2016 album, Wings, was previously both the highest-charting K-pop album (debut and peak at No. 26 on the Oct. 29, 2016-dated list) and owner of the biggest sales week for a K-pop title (11,000 copies sold in its debut frame -- all from digital albums). Notably, Wings and Love Yourself: Her are the only K-pop albums that have charted in the top 40. Foo Fighters score their second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, as their latest studio album, Concrete and Gold, debuts atop the list. The set earned 127,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Sept. 21, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, 120,000 were in traditional album sales, which also makes the effort the top-selling album of the week. Concrete and Gold was released Sept. 15 through Roswell/RCA Records. # Artist Album Change Units % chg 1 Foo Fighters Concrete and Gold DEBUT 127,000 -- 2 Lil Uzi Vert Luv Is Rage 2 +2 50,000 -11% 3 Thomas Rhett Life Changes -2 39,000 -68% 4 Kendrick Lamar DAMN. +4 34,000 -2% 5 XXXTentacion 17 +1 33,000 -17% 6 Khalid American Teen +3 31,000 +1% 7 BTS Love Yourself: Her DEBUT 31,000 -- 8 Imagine Dragons Evolve +5 28,000 +8% 9 Big & Rich Did It for the Party DEBUT 27,000 -34% 10 Post Malone Stoney +7 26,000 +24%

Harrieth Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 I'm really happy, this is awesome! Hope the amazon sales get them to chart for 2 or 3 weeks (Cause it looks like is only digital so far), that would be really nice.
