And Latch is his Set fire to the rain. Both peaked at #11 but sold huge numbers(platinum certs) and became classics. Two of the biggest selling singles never to reach the top 10.

He's probably gonna get at least two more #1's this era.

Adele's lack of #1 songs is a result of monster selling albums. And timing. Skyfall was released on Global James Bond day at 0:07 so only had 2 days sales and debuted at #2. She has huge sellers(way bigger than most #1 songs) that just had longevity instead of #1 peaks.
