while i am proud of it and would gladly send it as is, i need to give myself a little more time to continually read over it and prepare myself for stranger's criticisms that i probably won't necessarily agree with or care about but will have to pretend to 

 

is there a particular way you want us to send these? i know for me it was easiest when people would format it beginning with their title and name, any description or extra stuff, and then the song itself. it meant when i copy and pasted it into the entry doc, i wouldn't have to change anything. whats the best way for you?

I've always been bitter about Little Birds cause when I first wrote it I wanted my song to be called Little Deer, I mean I say it like a dozen times in the song, but I knew if I did that I'd be compared to you so I had to change it

You can still change it retroactively, like "Pop!" was never titled with the exclamation mark until you erroneously titled it that and it just stuck (plus it's better that way). "Deer"/Little Deer still went #1 so.
