SaintWest Posted August 17, 2017 Posted August 17, 2017 (edited) Name/what should we call you?: Saint Platinum Hit/Songwriting experience: Played for the first time in S10, got curb stomped in the Top 10, but rose briefly after like Misty Day in Coven and won 10.5. Favorite songwriters/artists: Sia Favorite PH challenge (for return contestants): In both seasons, the record label challenge has always been my peak, so definitely that one. Favorite song on Witness: Pendelum, Hey Hey Hey and Witness are the only songs on that album that should not be burned at the stake. A Joan of Arc kii, but this time, justified. Fun fact about you: Songwriting wise, writing more simplistic pop songs is more my thing, and I love how I have to test my limits more in PH. I improved so much through these past two seasons because of learning and being mentored by other players and I can't wait for that to continue. I started writing as a joke and for fun, but I began taking it more seriously about 3 years ago when I first tried PH. I wrote my first album in 2015, my second in 2016, and I'm currently working on a few new writing 'projects'. Favorite songwriters/artists: Jonna Lee, Ryn Weaver, Amy Winehouse, Christina Perri, Mary Lambert, Betty Who, Lights, Porter Robinson, Owl City Favorite PH challenge (for return contestants): the final. I really hope I get to do that challenge again. Favorite song on Witness: none Fun fact about you: I'll be the first to say that I think there's a good chance I could flop this season, and I guess coming back from hosting causes some paranoia in regards to that, with there being some sort of expectation from me to do well, but my main goal here is to just create for myself, I have a lot that I feel and if the judges like it as well, that's a bonus I guess.
