Russia haven't official chart as Billboard, we only have airplay+streaming data in Tophit. It's only radio-playing album track which was selected as new jam for this summer. And it works well as you can see

TopHit, Europa Plus and this radio's top list are equally so-called as official Russian charts. Former two are airplay charts. 

 

Russia doesn't count digital sales, because it's actually poor, lol. Airplay's success not really reflectes digital numbers in our country. So it's not similar like US and UK, where Mediabase and iTunes almost looks the same.
