I don't think the problem is with Tidal. If it was they wouldn't release the Hot 100 as Tidal submits data there as well. I think it's to do with a physical retailer or Lana's site.

i think the top 20 might have been ready

 

but remember that counting the Tidal streams affects chart position for some tracks on Meek's album...who knows what song had enough points to make it top 40

Tidal aside, what if the missing data is from Spotify? For the UK charts they had issues for two days and they could not be included for the midweeks, but were included in the end on Friday after all
