State of Grace. Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 literally what the ****.... they're just going to completely lose their credibility at this point or just change it to the Tidal 200 when the "HBTB scenario" happened, they didn't takes ages to correct it but okay....

LoKoPaNdA Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 and Lana selling on par with Lorde and Halsey's sophomore records with her fifth album is nothing short of impressive regardless
Princedele25 Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 Watch Meek having 150m streams suddenly. This is so disgusting and unfair.
iHype. Posted August 1, 2017 Author Posted August 1, 2017 Watch it actually be Lana's label causing this or something They could be trying to count those $3.50 CDs on her site or whatever

Her label already got 100K+ in sales and great profit. A "#1 album" is just a catchphrase exactly! but inb4 in the "new chart" her numbers are like 80k Edited August 1, 2017 by State of Grace.
JCON Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 I don't get why people are blaming TIDAL. Did they fraud Meek Mill's numbers? What happened?
bjnono001 Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 At least with High By the Beach, it made sense that there was no way Lana sold 250k to debut in the top 10. Its iTunes numbers just didn't support it. In comparison, we have absolutely no idea with TIDAL and especially with a week this close between 3 albums on the Billboard 200.

The more you stream on Tidal, the higher your fave gets on the charts. Simple, isn't it?

SadGirl Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 Poor Lana I hope that Interscope are fighting for her

What happened? basically you could stream his album on tidal (in a web browser) by closing out a few notifications on the browser for free without any trial period. HDD pointed this out and also alleged that streams of his album from said method generated no revenue whatsoever and just served as only numbers Edited August 1, 2017 by Yndda

Like, obviously it doesn't take away the quality, credibility, or the love for the album, but as someone who adores Lana and her work, I want to see her art get that #1 spot. If it doesn't happen, then it's whatevs, it's not like it's affected me with her others. But if she loses it because of some Tidal **** I'll be legit pissed.
Little Dark Age Posted August 1, 2017 Posted August 1, 2017 I really don't care at this point I just want to delay to be over with. Tidal is still fraudulent tho
