No. The HBTB fiasco on atrl was caused by people believing an article, and not using official charts.

Billboard (official source) themselves posted the article saying HBTB was #7... Get your facts straight.

Here it is such article corrected by them:

"UPDATED Aug. 18, 2:15 p.m.: This story has been updated to reflect new chart data, which was reprocessed by Nielsen Music following the story's original Monday posting. As a result, Lana Del Rey's "High By the Beach" debuts at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 instead of No. 7. On Digital Songs, it debuts at No. 10 instead of No. 1, with 67,000 sold, instead of 248,000, as originally reported. The information below has been updated to reflect corrected data." http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/6664035/omi-cheerleader-no-1-return-hot-100-lana-del-rey-debut

Woah... is this the latest we've ever had to wait for the top 10s?

Did I say it wasn't billboard?!

i never said where the srticle www from, because it did not matter.  The only thong official is the charts they publish.  Articles are bustiers, and throughout history they have been full of errors.  Humans make errors.

people shouldn't freak out until it's official, then if it gets changed, feel free 5o over react.

st the end of the day, the chart with the dong did not change, and that's all that matters.

All you literally do is complain? What are you even mad about? :lmao:

The same humans that write the articles, do the charts... Therefore, the full charts are not free of errors either :cm: Bye with your mess.

Numbers are automatically imported from originating sources like soundscan. A program is run (automatically) that generates the charts based on a formula.  No human interaction is needed. Every stat for every song is not personalky confirmed by a human.  There is oversight to ensure importation and dats seems legit, in broad terms, not song level.

Computers are programmed by humans, so THERE IS human interaction. And also humans are the ones monitoring the numbers being reported. Try next time.

Has HDD got BB this shook that they're still trying to figure their **** out? :toofunny3:

Are they trying to make this moment pass by under the radar by putting the article up in the middle of the night or something?

They read and depend prematurely on articles and leaks like the soundscan one this week. Then go into meltdown as we see on how they better not change the numbers as we have seen this week here.

Yeah because the articles are correct 99.9% of the time and are of course made by Billboard themselves, why wouldn't you trust them?
