Sales in 2015 was already bad, albums in years WELL before 2015 were already hitting #1 with WAY less than 100k sold first week, so yes thank you very much for your very educational and insightful teaching on the sale decrease of the industry which literally everyone on this forum already knows. I merely voiced my surprise at HM being able to command that 100k with zero promotion.

Well, I didn't mean to offend you, but albums in 2015 crossing 100k weren't really a peculiarity. The point still stands that she's doind very well in pure sales. We have to keep in mind that we are in Q3 of 2017...

Either way, Meek could be getting some decent numbers from Tidal as you can stream the album for free there even if you're not subscribed.
