It's just frontloaded and dies off in like 2-3 months after fans stop buying in bulk. Still Korea has the most loyal stans and the fact they outsold our pop girls in a country as small as that. :jonny:

pre-orders dont mean sales. usually hanteo or gaon numbers are nowhere near what companies media play as the preorder #'s. ex: when source said gfriend had exceeded 100k preorders but didnt cross 80k even on gaon and is at 50k on hanteo

EXO albums serve longevity. When they stop selling is because SM didn't restock. Them and BTS have very good catalog sales for some reason.

Never been the case for EXO (so far at least). Last time, EX'ACT had 660k preorders and sold 750k on hanteo.

EXO's sales have NEVER been below ther pre-orders

This is SM, not Source Music :fan:

those are shipment figure tho. but yeah they will do that easily.

 

physical album in korea is just stan's competition for #1 in weekly tv music show. (they include album sales into song chart)

even tho those idols do 300k, 500k, 1m. GP don't know their song well.
