The Sound Of Silence went recurrent on the Rock Songs Chart (from #8 after 52 weeks) last December, but TSOS still ranks in the Top Ten for both selling and streaming halfway through 2017. If only mainstream radio would have given the song a chance. TSOS is Double Platinum, but since it peaked at around #200 in airplay, TSOS stalled at #42 on the Hot 100.
