Starkboy Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 Ed Sheeran returned to Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart following Glastonbury, and he's got some stiff competition to hold onto the top spot this week. Ed's third studio album ÷ is fending off the competition so far this week, still at Number 1 on today's Official Albums Chart Update. Just 650 sales separate Ed and his nearest rival for chart glory this Friday, Calvin Harris. The Scottish DJ & producer's new collection Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 trails at Number 2 Glastonbury fever is still affecting the Bee Gees following Barry Gibb's legend slot performance; Timeless: The All Time Greatest Hits rises three places from last Friday's position to reach a potential new peak of Number 6. TLC's new self-titled album, which features 11 new tracks and five reinterpreted classics is on course for a Top 40 debut at Number 21, ahead of 1967 - Sunshine Tomorrow, a new Beach Boys compilation at 28. Peter Perrett's How The West Was Won is another potential newbie at Number 30. + 9 (2) Imagine Dragons 11 (12) Ed Sheeran (x) 12 (14) Little Mix 13 (11) Lorde 17 (23) Katy Perry 19 (43) Adele (25) 22 (24) Ariana Grande (My Everything) 24 (9) DJ Khaled 25 (21) Ed Sheeran (+) 26 (22) Dua Lipa As for singles, it's still Despacito #1 and Wild Thoughts #2.
