Kevin2803 Posted July 1, 2017 Author Posted July 1, 2017 (edited) Many artists released their new material in June 2017, so there are a lot of new entries on the montly charts. Dua Lipa, Halsey, Katy Perry and Lorde all competed for the top spot on the album charts and in the end, Dua Lipa won. Her self-titled debut album was already seven months on the charts, thanks to the preorder songs and climbs to #1 in month eight. She also has three singles on the top 30: "Lost In Your Light" falls to #14, "Blow Your Mind (Mwah)" reenters at #27 and her smash hit "Be The One" debuts at #30. Halsey's "hopeless" fountain kingdom" climbs to #2, while "Now or Never" reenters the top 10 and "Strangers" debuts at #18. "Witness", the new album by Katy Perry, climbs to #3, but her singles "Swish Swish" and "Bon Appétit" are dropping to #16 and #24. Lorde debuts at #4 with her sophmore album "Melodrama", while her promotional single "Sober" enters the charts at #12. Allie X also climbs to #5 with "CollXtion II", while Kat Graham debuts at #6 with her sophmore album "Love Music Funk Magic". The late singer Christina Grimmie debuts at #12 with her first post mortem album "All Is Vanity". On the singles chart, Camila Cabello holds steady on #1 with her debut single "Crying in the Club". Her former band members of Fifth Harmony debut at #4 with their new single "Down", which features Gucci Mane. Cheat Codes and Demi Lovato continue to climb the monthly charts with their collaboration "No Promises". This month, the song climbs to #17. There are also german singers in my monthly charts. Eurovision winner Lena debuts at #5 with her emotional single "If I Wasn't Your Daughter", while Helene Fischer drops to #22 with "Herzbeben". June 2017 Spotify Playlist Singles 01. Kevin2803 Posted July 6, 2017 Author Posted July 6, 2017 MID-YEAR COUNTDOWN 2017 These are my chart rules: Every official single that was released within 01.12.2016 and 30.11.2017 counts for my Year-End charts. If a song was released in 2016, but a official remix single or musicvideo was released in 2017, the song will count for the 2017 Year-End charts again. Same goes for albums, if there was a new version released in 2017 the album will count again for the Year-End charts. Every official remix single and Acoustic version counts towards the single version. Since December 2016, every official remix of a Remix EP will also count towards the single version. Promotional singles or albums songs with a musicvideo will also count as a single. The official Year-End charts are based on my Last.Fm statistics. If an album song was released as a single, months after the album release, all plays before the official single release will still count for the Year-End charts. However, since i'm a member of crownnote, i will release an second Year-End countdown at the beginning of 2018. This countdown is based on the chart positions of the weekly charts and will be different, because a song is only able to chart from the day it was officially released as a single. So, the plays before the official single release doesn't count for my Crownnote Year-End countdown. Singles 01. Little Mix - Touch 02. Louisa Johnson - Best Behaviour 03. Camila Cabello - Crying in the Club 04. Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You 05. Halsey - Now or Never 06. Little Mix & Stormzy - Power 07. Little Mix & Machine Gun Kelly - No More Sad Songs 08.
